Jeffrey M. Stathas, age 59, of Randolph, died at his home on Wednesday, October 9, 2013.

The memorial gathering will be at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam, on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. The memorial service will follow at the church on Sunday at 4:00 PM with Rev. Paul Stratman officiating. Inurnment will be at Highland Memory Gardens in the Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin, at a later date.

Jeffrey Milton Stathas was born on September 2, 1954 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Milton C. and Audrey M. (Scale) Stathas in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He worked at MetalFab and Maysteel as a welder for many years. Jeff enjoyed the outdoors and was passionate about hunting and fishing. He was an active member of the National Rifle Association. Jeff was also an active member of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, where he enjoyed being an usher.

Survivors are his sisters, Barbara Krause of Milwaukee and Carol (Richard) Schmidt of Beaver Dam; nieces and nephews, Christal Krause of Germantown, Regina (Phil) Schmeling of Germantown, Audra (Mike) Gentz of Juneau, Amanda Schmidt of Beaver Dam, Andrew Schmidt of Fond du Lac, and Alissa (James) Ramer of Beaver Dam; brother-in-law, Robin Krause of Milwaukee; good friend, Donna Ohrmundt of Randolph; great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. His faithful canine companion, Nellie was united with him again on October 10, 2013.
