Doris G. Krinke, age 85 of Friesland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, March 28, 2014 in the home where she was born and married.
Doris was born to Albert and Jennie (nee Erdman) Fralick on February 8, 1929. She was united in marriage to Robert Krinke on February 14, 1947. Most important to Doris was her family and her faith. She loved to garden and go polka dancing, where her and Bob acquired many dear friends. She enjoyed playing bingo with her son every day. Doris was a lifelong member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Friesland.
Survived by her husband, Robert; son, Dale (Diana) Krinke; daughter, Lisa (Tom) Benish; grandchildren, Jeanna (Paul Jr.) Glass, Jennifer (Butch) Sauer, Julie (Tony) Cavazos, Jessica Krinke, Albert Benish; great-grandchildren, Charity (Clint), Ashley (Jim), Chelsea (Bill), Christian, Chastity, Caylee, Caralee (Luis), Cameron, Amorette (James), Alissa, Faith, Jeffrey, Miley, Jayla; great-great-grandchildren, Olivia, Launa, Chase, Hunter, Gunner; two sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two half-sisters, Ella and Francis; two brothers, Merle and Willard; four brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.
A Funeral Service for Doris will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Friesland with Rev. John Unnasch officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service at church, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Doris will be laid to rest at Randolph Cemetery.
