Beauty from a Bike – On the Fringes of Weather

We are experiencing typical fall weather in southern Wisconsin. Warm and sunny, cold and rainy, repeat. While this type of weather makes it challenging for cycling, it provides an opportunity to capture dramatic photos. On our recent trip to Yellowstone National Park we experienced an entire day of rapidly changing conditions. Rain, thunderstorms, sunshine, repeat. On the fringes of the increment weather, I was able to capture some dramatic images. Just beware of lightning storms and be sure to protect your camera gear from precipitation. This image is from the Norris Geyser Basin in Yellowstone. Enjoy! (iPhone image with Pro HDR app)
