Irven R. Weisensel, age 67 of Beaver Dam, passed away at home on Saturday, November 15, 2014.
Irven was born on May 24, 1947 in Madison, WI, the son of Edwin and Mabel (Thomaschaske) Weisensel. His childhood years were spent growing up on a farm. He was united in marriage to Judith Noll on April 24, 1993 in Juneau, WI. He worked at Richelieu Foods in Beaver Dam for over 15 years. When he was healthy, he was an avid walker around Beaver Dam. He also enjoyed watching football on TV and deer hunting.
Irven is survived by his wife, Judy of Beaver Dam; his children, Brenda (Mike) Quincy of Indianapolis, IN, John (Maria) Kaminski of Denver, CO, Joe Kaminski of Beaver Dam and Jim Kaminski of Beaver Dam; his grandchild, Morgan Kaminski; his sister, Carol (Jim) Czaplicki of Waunakee; three brothers, Eldred, Marlin (Judy) and Randy (Linda), all of Montello; two brothers-in-law, Dennis Bartel and Dan Jones; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service for Irven will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam. A Memorial Gathering will be held prior to the service at Cornerstone, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place in the Spring at St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
