Obituary: Alan R. Clark

Alan R. Clark, age 83, a life-long resident of Beaver Dam, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at his home in Beaver Dam.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Alan was born on December 4, 1930 to Raymond and Margaret Clark.  He graduated from Wayland Academy and Kalamazoo College.  He worked briefly in Alaska before returning to Beaver Dam where he worked for Clark Cheese Company.  He married Elizabeth Kemnitz on April 25, 1957.  Alan continued his career in sales for many years.  His love of golf and hunting took him all over the world.  He was an avid Packer and Badger fan.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; sons, Gregg and Christopher; granddaughter, Elizabeth; sister, Betsy Frederick, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margaret Reisinger; brother, John; sister-in-law, Mary Henshaw and brothers-in-law, George Frederick and John Kemnitz.
