Nicole A. Czajkowski, age 25, of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, July 12, 2015.
The memorial gathering will be at Praise Assembly of God Church, 127 W. Maple Ave., in Beaver Dam, on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. The memorial service will be at the church on Saturday at 12:00 noon with Rev. Randal R. Carey officiating. A luncheon will follow at the church. Cremation has taken place.
Nicole Ann Czajkowski was born on December 6, 1989 in Harvey, Illinois to Thomas and Dawn (Savickas) Czajkowski. In 1999, they moved to Beaver Dam to give Nicole the opportunity to blossom into the beautiful young lady that she was. The Beaver Dam School System, Green Valley, all of her respite providers, Special Touch Ministries, The Arc, Praise Assembly Church and Friendship club all were an integral part of her life and development. She enjoyed all of these experiences very much. Nicole lived every day of her life with zest. She was always full of love and making new friends wherever she went. Although her mind was not able to remember everyone, everyone remembered Nicole. She had a pure spirit and heart and anyone was able to admire her innocence. Nicole loved her pets and her many dolls. She had an eclectic taste in music and that was considered her art. Nicole especially loved her parents and her younger brother, Eddie. A light shut off the day Nicole left this physical world but she will forever shine in our hearts.
Nicole is survived by her parents, Tom and Dawn Czajkowski and brother, Eddie Czajkowski, of Beaver Dam; grandma, Ruth Czajkowski of Lowell, IN; several aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene “Papa” Czajkowski and Wally and Dorothy Savickas.
