Thomas D. Frederiksen, age 52, was found in his home in Fox Lake on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
Visitation for Thomas will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 North Crystal Lake Rd in Beaver Dam, on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. John R. Leiting will be the celebrant. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
Thomas was born on July 14, 1963 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Marvin and Agnes (Weber) Frederiksen. After graduating from Beaver Dam High School in 1981, Tom worked as a pressman at Perry Printing and the Daily Citizen Newspaper. Tom went to work at the Walmart Distribution Center in Beaver Dam when it opened and has worked there since. His grandchildren were his greatest love. Tom tried to attend every game or recital his grandchildren were involved in. In his spare time, Tom enjoyed working on small engines, especially lawn mowers and he enjoyed watching the Packer games.
Survivors include his two daughters, Jill Frederiksen (Paul Fontaine) of Beaver Dam and Amy Frederiksen of Beaver Dam; three grandchildren, Jayden Larson, Isabel Lehner, and Guy Thomas Lehner; his mother, Agnes Frederiksen of Beaver Dam; a sister and two brothers, Deb Buhler of Madison, John Frederiksen of Horicon, and Bill (Ann) Frederiksen of Sun Prairie; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thomas was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, and sister-in-law, Linda Frederiksen.
