Obituary: Carol J. Clark

Carol J. Clark, age 80 of Reeseville, died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.

Visitation for Carol will be at Trinity Lutheran Church on CTR I south of Reeseville on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 12:50 PM.  Funeral services will follow at church on Saturday beginning at 1:00 PM.  Rev. Matthew Martin will officiate.  Burial will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Carol was born on June 15, 1935 to the late Gilbert and Lillian (Kramer) Schaller.  After graduating from Waterloo High School, she was united in marriage with Lynn Clark on September 12, 1953.  Carol was a devoted farm wife who enjoyed caring for the new born calves and preparing family meals.  Her love for others extended beyond her family and she was always willing to help others who were in need.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and taught Sunday School for many years.

Survivors include her three sons, Van Clark, Jeff Clark, and Tim (Annette) Clark, all of Reeseville; five grandchildren, Eric (Lori) Clark, Jennifer (Bob “Wilson”) Albrecht, Stephanie Clark, Amanda Clark, and Clinton Clark, all of the Reeseville area; nine great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister; her daughter, Dawn; and two daughters-in-law, Karen A. Clark and Karen L. Clark.

If desired, memorials may be made in Carol Clark’s name to Trinity Lutheran Church in Reeseville.
