Darryl M. Bunker, age 44, of Beaver Dam, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 25, 2016.

The memorial gathering will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Cremation has taken  place.

Darryl Mark Bunker was born on May 7, 1971, in Waupun, Wisconsin to Maurice K and Bonnie A. (Oppermann) Bunker. He meant a lot of things to a lot of people. Each saw him in a different way whether it be father, friend or brother…When we asked family members what they thought of when they hear his name, different words came to mind; goofy, crazy, comical, kindhearted and the list goes on. Darryl was the kind of person who would help you when you needed it as long as you didn’t have a time line. Darryl was considered a jack-of-all-trades. He worked well with his hands, be it with cars, roofing, or home remodeling. He was dedicated to his two beautiful girls, his precious granddaughter, and Kim, who stuck by his side through thick and thin. Darryl was known for the love of his Harley and the memories they made with it. Even though he was constantly complaining, we all loved him anyway. He definitely had a mind of his own…

Survivors are his daughters, Britni Bunker (Levi Rechek) and Kaitlin Bunker (Mark Krinke), both of Waupun, Aubrie Schultz (Justin Bobholz), and Austin Schultz (Alicia Burnett); fiancée, Kim Schultz of Beaver Dam; granddaughter, Kiara Rechek; brothers and sisters, Linda (James) VanHouten, Vicky (David) Peachey, Peggy (Harold) Pattee, Maurice Bunker (Merry Hyndshaw), Leon (Carrie) Bunker and Tim (Heather) Bunker; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his former wife, Kara Bunker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
