Kenneth Duane Kuehl, aka Kenny, Kenn, Bis and Bro, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016.  He was 48 years old.

Kenn was born on May 8, 1968, the baby of six children and the only son of Patricia C. and Duane H. Kuehl. Throughout Kenn’s life he was employed in the construction business and was extremely proud of being his own boss with his 24 Karat Construction. He was always there to lend a hand if you needed home repairs and often bartered his services to help a friend or family member. No matter who you were, he considered everyone his brothers and sisters. He loved life to the fullest and enjoyed every moment he could spend with his best friend and son, Karson. They were fortunate enough to share a special night together just last week at one of Kenn’s favorite band concerts. He also enjoyed being with his friends, entertaining at the Man Attic, going to music fests, or just having a cold one with the neighbors. He grew up camping with his family and continued to share it with his son and sisters when work allowed. He was a good hunter, trapshooter, baseball player and he had a passion for whatever he did. But his greatest pleasure was just spending the day with Karson swimming or fishing or hanging out at his Fox Hill Hunt ‘N Klub. He had a great impact on so many people with his kindness and was very generous of his time and talents. He looked at life with a smile and could always find something good in every situation. He taught us all that no matter what we have been given in this life, no matter what struggles we face, we can all be kind, giving and supportive to anyone who needs it.

This loss will be felt by his many awesome friends and family. He leaves behind his only son, Karson D. Kuehl; his five sisters, Kim (Casey) Wells, Karri (Jeff Steinke) Felton, Kris (Kerry) Mahal, Kaye Kuehl, and Koreen (Bart) Dowd; and his nieces and nephews, Todd (Tammy) Sether, Benjamin (Alicia) Sether, Brian (Kristin) Cook, Erika (Ryan Kitterman) Moen, Kierra Mahal, Kyler Pierce, Bethany Dickman, and Patti Dickman.

He follows his parents, Pat & Duane Kuehl, and numerous extended family members.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, November, 26, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral and Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam with visitation from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and a sharing of Kenn’s life beginning at 3:00 p.m.
