Church Health Services (CHS) Call-a-thon volunteers Dan Yagodinski, Jim Flynn and Art Schroeder are preparing for the 2017 CHS Call-a-thon.  This year’s Call-a-thon will be held on the evenings of January 9th, 10th, 16th, and 17th.  Callers will be calling from Inter-Quest Corp.  Chairman Jim shares, “As in the past, we hope you will answer the call when one of our volunteers calls you and support the fine work Church Health Services provides with a donation.  No donation amount is too small.”

In 2016 CHS became a Wisconsin State certified mental health outpatient clinic mental health provider and also is certified by the state as a level 1 Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) outpatient treatment center.  This certification allows CHS to provide services by qualified mental health/chemical dependency practitioners to provide a variety of evaluation, diagnostic, crisis, and treatment services relating to substance abuse and its treatment.

CHS, a United Way agency, provides primary health, mental health and dental health care to residents of the Dodge County area.  The money raised will be used to support all of these CHS clinics.  Services are provided to Dodge County residents who are of low income, uninsured or underinsured.

CHS partners with a number of area congregations to improve congregational health through their health ministry teams and parish nurse programs.

Further information regarding CHS can be found on the CHS website www.churchclinic.org or by calling (920) 887-1766.
