Obituary: Destiny C. Kogler Reinwald

Destiny C. Kogler Reinwald, 19, of Horicon passed away on Thursday, March, 9, 2017 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

A visitation for Destiny will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Road, Beaver Dam.  A celebration of Destiny’s Life will begin at 1:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.  A private family burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Horicon.

Destiny Claire was born on October 4, 1997 in West Bend the daughter of Kori (Kogler) Reinwald and Chris Reinwald.  

She was a 2016 graduate of Horicon High School, where she was active in volleyball, softball and FFA.  She was also a wresting manager. She shared her beautiful voice in both choir and FFA State Choir. Destiny was currently in the nursing program at Beaver Dam Moraine Park Technical College.  She had been employed at Nora’s Restaurant as a waitress and also at SugaBreeze Dairy Goats/TJS Farm, where she had many roles, including delivering goats.

Destiny loved music, especially Country Music and liked Luke Bryan.  She enjoyed family camping trips, hanging out with her friends and her boyfriend, Nick.  She loved all kind of animals and the Dodge County Fair.

Destiny was loved and will be deeply missed by her parents Kori and Chris Reinwald of Horicon; her brothers and sisters: Dakota, Cayden, Cyriana and Trinity; her maternal grandparents Doug and Karen Kogler of the town of Byron, Fond du Lac; her paternal grandparents Dennis and Ellen Reinwald of Horicon; her great grandparents: Frank Kogler, Ed and Delores Bartlett and David Derber “Grandpa the Great”; her aunts and uncles: Maggie (Nate) Smith, Kevin Kogler, Tessa (fiancé Quinn Button) Kogler, Jacob (Missie) Reinwald, Katie (Andy) Hinz, Brittany Turley, Nick (fiancée Courtney) Sukowski and Tabatha Sukowski and her boyfriend Nick Kufalk and his parents Anthony and Tanya Kufalk and his sister Kayelee “Kale” Kufalk.  She is further survived by cousins, other relatives and many friends,especially her BFF Brianna Flemming.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents: Marriner and Alice (Lintner) Frank, Fay (Kleinehesslink) Kogler, Raymond Reinwald, Lavon Derber and Dennis R. Sukowski (maternal grandfather)

In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated.  A scholarship fund in Destiny’s name will be established at the Horicon High School.
