Bob Gionet, RN, Church Health Services Parish Nurse Coordinator will share useful information about how important mental health is to your over all health and well-being.
This FREE GrapeVine training will help you better understand the effects of anxiety and depression on yourself, your co workers, your family and friends.
Sessions will be held at Church Health Services, 115 N. Center St. The first session will begin at 1:30 pm. It will be repeated again at 6:00 pm.
At the two sessions you will learn to:
· Better understand and recognize depression and anxiety
· Act as an advocate for the people in your life who are affected by them
· Recognize aspects of your own mental health that may be improved by taking action.
