Children's Dental Care Now Available

Feb 19, 2018 01:06PM ● Published by Bev Beal Loeck

For the 52% of Dodge County residents who are at or below Federal Poverty levels for income, access to and the ability to pay for dental care is very difficult. Many of these residents are families with young children. The need for dental care is great and in response, Church Health Services, Inc., (CHS) a nonprofit organization, located at 115 N. Center St, Beaver Dam, is now accepting children as patients in their Dental Clinics.

To qualify at CHS, a United Way agency, a patient must have a household income under 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Those with Forward Health/Badger Care and also those uninsured patients are also accepted for dental care.  CHS does not accept private dental insurance.  Please call (920) 887-1766 to find out more about their services.

For the last 24 years, CHS has been serving the Dodge County area’s adult residents who are of low income and in need of primary, dental and mental health care and are very proud to now offer dental services to children.
