Hello All!

We’re in the final days of the 2019 and 10th annual Patriot Tour! What an amazing year as we inch ever closer to that huge milestone of having raised $1 Million dollars over our 10 year history! Not bad for a bunch of volunteers.

We have heard that many of you out of towners will be joining us for the homecoming celebration. Whether it’s the first time we get to meet in person or we get the honor of seeing you once again…we can’t wait to welcome you in to Wisconsin!

We have a ton of stuff going on ALL weekend as we’ve worked really hard to create a Patriotic experience throughout the town and community of Beaver Dam. Details of the day can be found on our website at www.nationofpatriots.comand listed below.

FRIDAY NIGHT:

For those of you in town on Friday night, come out and join us for a very informal get together at Ooga Brewing Company – 301 S Spring St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916 – https://oogabrewing.com from 6-9pm. Ooga Brewing has created a special brew just for us called “KICKSTANDS UP!!” Come on in for a beer or stick around all night! We’ll be hanging out drinking great beer and eating pizza.

Alright – It’s our 10 year anniversary so we’re throwing a party!! We have our Closing Ceremony at 1 p.m. once again in Swan Park – Beaver Dam (213 E Mill St.). As always – ALL are welcome and it’s free to join in. Meet the Patriot Tour in Swan Park or Join in on the ride into Swan Park…either way we hope to see you there!

There’s a lot going down – Here’s what you need to know

Riding – Meeting Locations:

Want to be part of the big ride? The Flag will becoming in from IL and is scheduled to stop at the Texas Roadhouse (4841 Annamark Dr. Madison, WI 53704) @ 10am. We are working to assemble as many participants as possible to meet IL. The entire group will depart with a Police escort for Beaver Dam @ 11 am. There’s a few places you can join in on the action.

YOU CAN EITHER:

Meetup in Beaver Dam –

8:00 a.m. – Meet at Hogz N Honees ( W7771 State Rd 33, Beaver Dam, WI 53916)
8:30 a.m. – All riders depart for Texas Roadhouse Madison, WI

Meetup at the Texas Roadhouse – 4841 Annamark Dr. Madison, WI 53704

9:00 -10:30 a.m. – Parking lot party, food, beverage and open bathrooms!
10:30 a.m. – Safety meeting
11:00 a.m. – All riders depart for Beaver Dam (Police Escort)

Procession Thru Downtown Beaver Dam

We are expecting to hit the Beaver Dam city limits at Noon. The procession will travel as follows:

Texas Roadhouse (Madison) to Hwy 151 heading NE to Beaver Dam
Exit #129 Madison St. to Front St./ Hwy W (Downtown)
Right on University Ave to Swan Park

There will be motorcycles, convertible cars, trucks, heavy trucks, police and fire vehicles in the procession

Bystanders will be posted up along the route

WE STRONGLY encourage all onlookers and participants to join us for the closing ceremony in Swan Park at 1 p.m.

Swan Park Activities

The whole park is ours for the day! Prior to the Flag/Patriot Tour rolling in, we have all kinds of fun attractions, festivities, food and drink (Yes, adult drinks too!).

11:30 a.m. – Come one come all – Festivities begin – food and drink ready for sale
1:00 p.m. – Closing Ceremony Begins

  - Gray Beard BBQ – Pulled Pork, Famous Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Water
  - Taher Foodservice – Brats, Hamburgers, soda, water, chips, cookies
- Activities for the youngsters
  - Bracelet Making Stations – Sponsored by the 4-H Club
  - Face Painting

That’s right, the party continues at Stormy’s Bar – 208 Front St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. Live music, cold beer and a good time!
