Meet with Staci Williams, Pharmacist

Carol Wehland RN, Parish Nurse at Peace Lutheran and Stacy Williams RPh, Marshland Pharmacy The Parish Nurses of Church Health Services, along with their respective congregations (Peace Lutheran, First Lutheran, Trinity Methodist and St. Katharine Drexel Parish) invite you to attend any or all of 4 upcoming educational sessions. Saturday November 9th - 9 to 11 am - “Meet with the Pharmacist” (without going to the Pharmacy) Staci Williams RPh, a pharmacist with Marshland Pharmacy, will share information regarding safety issues and information about prescription drugs. Bring your questions for Staci and learn how you can better manage the cost and effectiveness of your medications. If you have a question, please bring a list of your medications along. Registration begins at 8:45 am at Peace Lutheran Church, 400 Hillcrest Dr. Beaver Dam. Please enter Fellowship Hall through the lower level of the church, off Roosevelt St. The public is invited to participate and attend three other future sessions presented by CHS as listed below. Specific dates will be announced in January, 2014. Future topics and locations are as follows; Depression and Anxiety – to be held at St. Katharine Drexel Parish Making Medical Decisions – to be held at Trinity Methodist Church Addictions – to be held at First Lutheran Church The Parish Nurse program in Beaver Dam is supported by Beaver Dam Community Hospitals, Inc., Church Health Services, and the participating churches.
