Franchising for the Entrepreneur

The common perception of the mobile phone’s existence is that it has been readily available for the last 12-15 years. Russ Weldon determined the need to make them accessible to consumers 25 years ago when he opened the first Car Phone Store in 1988. In late 2000, The Car Phone Store changed its name to Wireless Zone® to adapt to changes in wireless technology, with a mission to equip their customers with the latest and greatest in wireless products and services. Since then he has opened the business to franchising across the nation.

Local businessman and entrepreneur Craig Karmazin not only has invested in the already successful model of the Wireless Zone, but has added his own unique brand of retailing that catapulted his Beaver Dam store to being awarded the Phenomenal Customer Service Award for 2012, after being in business for less than a year!

Learn about franchising from local businessmen and see if it’s in your entrepreneurial future!
