Richard F. Anderson, age 67, of Beaver Dam, died on Monday, August 19, 2013 at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living.
The visitation will be at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 1:00 PM until the time of service. The funeral service will follow at the church on Thursday at 2:00 PM with Rev. Philip Heyer officiating. Burial will be at South Beaver Dam (Leipsig) Cemetery.
Richard Anderson was born February 24, 1946 to Ezra and Caroline (Braker) Anderson of Beaver Dam. He was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School in 1964. On January 30, 1971, he was united in marriage with Rita M. Beilke at St. Peters Ev. Lutheran Church in Oak Grove. Richard was a Machinist throughout his life at several places of businesses but retired from Vintage Parts of Beaver Dam. Some of Richard’s pleasures in life were collecting antiques and rummaging. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. Richard will sadly be missed by his family and friends.
Richard is survived by his three sisters and one brother, Connie (Bill) Veling, Bonnie (Ray) Murray, Dorothy “Babe” Gunderson, and Rodney (Bev) Anderson, all of Beaver Dam; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and nine brothers and sisters, Roland, Donald, Robert, Wilbert “Topper”, Kenneth, Carol Anderson, Darlene Luedtke, Virginia Teeter, and Ruth Graff.
