Sandra L. Skalitzky, age 60, formerly of Beaver Dam, died on Monday, September 30, 2013 at her home in Wausau.
The visitation will be at Murray Funeral Home in Horicon on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Saturday with Rev. Mark Hasty officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Horicon.
The former Sandra Lee Tesch was born on February 15, 1953 to Arville and Marlene (Buelter) Tesch. She married Donald Skalitzky and they had one son, Jason. Sandy’s world revolved around her son and his family. While Sandy lived in Beaver Dam, she worked as a CNA at Golden Living Center. She also enjoyed volunteering for the Beaver Dam Senior Center. Sandy liked working on puzzles, reading and working in her garden.
Survivors are her son, Jason (Caitlin) Skalitzky of Wausau and their daughter, Lydia; father, Arville Tesch of Horicon; a brother, Rick Tesch of Horicon; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother in 2011.
