Thomas John Michael Garczynski, age 64 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Columbus Community Hospital.
Tom was born on July 14, 1949 to Sylvester and Gertrude (nee Pochowski) Garczynski. Farming was his lifelong passion. After spending many years operating his own farm, he currently worked at Weiland Dairy Farm and K&L Services. Tom was very hardworking, dependable and trustworthy.
Earlier in life, Tom enjoyed bowling and hunting. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his daughter and grandchildren.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Jeffery) Henker of Brandon; his grandchildren, Seth, Jaden and Amaya Gosse, Amanda, Trevin and Emilee Henker; his special friend, Debra Churchill of Beaver Dam; two nephews, Ivan and Emmanuel Garczynski, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard Garzcynski and other relatives.
A Funeral Service for Tom will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam. Visitation will take place prior to the service at Cornerstone, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Tom will be laid to rest at Salem Cemetery, Town of Calamus.
