Glenn Arthur Schuster from Juneau, Wisconsin died on March 4, 2015.  He was born on March 9, 1939, one of six children of Willard and Matilda (Koenig) Schuster in Theresa, Wisconsin.  Glenn was married to Barbara Schuster on June 15, 1963 and divorced in 1980.  He is survived by one sister, Janet Checolinski, two children, Christine L. Pease and Charles Schuster as well as five grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents, Willard and Mathilda Schuster and 5 brothers, Rueben, Carl, Alan and Kenneth.

Glenn struggled with mental illness throughout his life dropping out of high school in ninth grade.  His family tried to help him with his illness as best they could. He was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps for medical reasons.  Glenn worked at Maysteel and Mayville Engineering Company for several years at each company but was sometimes homeless in the years that followed. He participated as a worker at Green Valley adult day care for a year until funding terminated.  As his health declined, he spent the last twenty years of his life as a resident of Clearview.  Glenn will be remembered for his sense of humor and his love of food.  The family is deeply grateful for the excellent, professional and compassionate care that Glenn received from all those at Clearview who were like a second family to him.

A Graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery in Theresa, Wisconsin (Hwy 175) Wednesday, May 27, at 2:30 p.m.
