Obituary: Judith A. Lidtke

Judith A. Lidtke, 59, of W11197 Brath Road, Randolph, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 14, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services for Judy will be held on Thursday, June 18th  at 11 a.m. at First Ev. Lutheran Church, 311 W. Mackie Street, Beaver Dam with the Rev. Terry Larson and Rev. Mark Jensen officiating.  A visitation will also be held on Thursday, June 18th from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the church.  The family wishes to invite all to wear pink in memory of Judy.

Judith Ann was born the daughter of Willard G. and Betty J. (Dorsey) Standke on December 20, 1955 in Beaver Dam.  She was a 1974 graduate of Waupun High School.  On September 20, 1985, she was united in marriage to Richard A. Lidtke at First Ev. Lutheran Church.  They were blessed with two daughters Ashley and Brittney.

Judy held a Wisconsin Loan Originators License and was employed as a mortgage loan processor at Badgerland Financial in Madison.  She was a lifelong member of First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam where she was also employed as the secretary for many years.  Judy was very active in the Fox Lake community.  She had been the town of Fox Lake clerk for ten years.  She was also the Captain of the Fox Lake Rescue Squad for ten years, past president of Fox Lake Jaycettes and past president, secretary and treasurer of the Fox Lake Ladies Bowling League.

Judy is survived by her husband Richard “Dick” of Randolph; her two daughters: Ashley M. (Dusty) Jackowski and Brittney A. (Justin) Arndt; two grandchildren: Brynn and Remi and a grandchild expected in August, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, nephew Derrick (Jessica) Standke of Fox Lake and niece Emily (Andrew) Jorgenson of Fond du Lac; her special friends: Sandy Mitchell of Las Vegas, NV, Rebecca Neitzel, Lori Retzlaff, Lori Hill, Lisa Gerondale and Connie O’Leary, Janet Banks, Tim Martin and many other friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Jeffrey Standke and Robert Standke and her special friend, Gary Vande Berg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.

Judy’s family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Beaver Dam Community Hospital Oncology Dept. and to Dr. McFarland and his staff.
