Participants who attend this session on Women’s Bone Health, Breast and Gynecological Cancers will learn about the risk factors of osteoporosis, HPV vaccine, warning signs, risk factors, symptoms, prevention, screening recommendations and early interventions for both topics.

A free bone screening for each participant is included.  Resources and information will be available.

A panel of experts will present and answer your individual questions.

There is no cost to attend, preregistration is requested.  To register call CHS at 887-1766 and choose option #5 to leave your name and phone number or email info@churchclinic.org with your name and phone number.

Developed by the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation, the GrapeVine Project is a free health education program for women. The Foundation partners with Faith Community Nurses such as CHS Parish Nurses throughout the state by providing them with the most up-to-date tools and educational information about various health topics; and then the nurses share the information with women in their communities by holding free education sessions.

“Women truly are the heart of the healthcare system within the family. In fact, we make over 85% of healthcare decisions,” says Sue Ann Thompson, founder and president of the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation. “With that level of care-giving responsibility, it is easy for women to neglect their own health. This session allows women to take time for themselves and learn about these important health issues.”
