Martha M. Wright, age 79, of Beaver Dam, died on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at UW Hospital in Madison.
The memorial gathering will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday November 6, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Friday at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Larson and Vicar Pat Schutz officiating.
Martha Mary was born on February 24, 1936 to Elmer and Gladys (Ehmke) Essman. She put God first in everything that she did and was a dedicated member of First Ev. Lutheran Church. Martha loved to shop and would enjoy playing bingo but most importantly, Martha loved her family.
Survivors are her children, Carrie Sommerfeld, Nina (Gregory) Grandprey, and Jeanna Voskuil; siblings, Virginia Bradley and David Essman; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Mae Arndt.
