Joyce A. Gust, 68, of West Bend passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Kathy Hospice in West Bend.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Rd., Beaver Dam from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at Noon.
Joyce Ann was born the daughter of Miles “Mike” and Nevada (Reynolds) Harth Jr. on April 26, 1947 in Hartford, WI. She attended school in the Slinger area and resided in Jackson all her life. Joyce was married to Jonathan Gust on February 13, 1999 in Allenton, WI. Joyce was employed with West Bend Company for many years and later with Threshold, Inc. in West Bend. Joyce also had been a caretaker for many people in the West Bend area.
Joyce was fun loving and always had a good time. Since marrying Jon, they loved to travel; especially to Hawaii, Florida and Canada. Their trip to Wyoming to visit her son was truly a joyous time for Joyce. Joyce’s favorite pastime was fishing in Canada and northern Wisconsin.
Joyce will be sadly missed by her husband, Jonathan of West Bend; her son, Blaze (Kelly) Mueller of Powell, Wyoming; her step-granddaughter, Shayla York of Billings, Montana; her step-grandson, Andy Joe Mueller of Texas; her brother, Frank (Martha) Harth of Crivitz, WI; two sisters: Daisy (Gary) Pete of Watersmeet, MI, and Linda (Thomas) Guttmann of Juneau; her former husband, Robert Mueller of Cody, Wyoming; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
