Susan Osteen, Church Health Services (CHS) Executive Director and John Ralston, CHS Volunteer accept a donation from Keith Ghanian, CEO, Countryside Chevrolet Buick GMC and Tony Switzler, General Sales Manager.  CHS was the beneficiary of a portion of the proceeds from the sale of all vehicles in May.  Countryside donates to a number of area charities in this manner throughout the year.  This donation program is part of Countryside’s ongoing commitment of giving back to the Beaver Dam community.  Countryside GM Auto Group is locally owned and operated with 65 employees.

Church Health Services Inc., a United Way agency, is a faith based organization that conducts primary, mental and dental health care clinics for those of low income who are uninsured or underinsured.  The organization also partners with local congregations and their Parish Nurses to help them become centers for health and healing.  For additional information call CHS at 887-1766, email info@churchclinic.org or visit their website at www.churchclinic.org.
