Obituary: Travis J. Torres

Travis J. Torres, age 41, of Horicon, died on Friday, November 18, 2016.

The visitation will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Horicon on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Following the service, all are welcome to join the family for a gathering at the Dodge Center in Horicon. 

Travis Jason Torres was born on July 1, 1975 to Eusebio “Chevo” and Laurie Torres in Hartford, Wisconsin. He was currently working for Centro Inc. in Horicon as a Supervisor. He was grateful for the numerous friendships that were made while working there. Travis was a skilled fighter. He has won several medals over the years and is ranked as a Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu. He enjoyed sports, especially football and UFC, and was a dedicated Cowboy’s fan. Travis loved music. He was a skilled guitar player and was always willing to share this talent with anyone that was around.

Travis leaves behind his beloved daughter, Brooklynn E. Torres of Beaver Dam; parents, Chevo and Laurie Torres of Horicon; sister, Melissa Torres of Horicon; brother, Lucas (Jessica) Torres of Catawba; nieces, Gracie and Brinley; several aunts and uncles; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
