Obituary: Sharon, A. Yelczyn

Sharon, A. Yelczyn, age 72, of Beaver Dam, died on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

The visitation will be a Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 5:50 p.m. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Friday at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be at Oak  Hill Cemetery in Horicon on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.

The former Sharon Anne Teletzke was born on March 25, 1944 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Wilbert and M. Caroline (Bessette) Teletzke. Sharon lived most of her life in Horicon before moving to Burnett with her husband, Lawrence Yelezyn. Sharon was a stay at home mother to her three children, Tina, Toni, and Mike. She worked summers at the canning factories (Stokeley’s in Horicon and Green Giant in Beaver Dam) for many years. She also worked at Chrysler making bumpers. Sharon much enjoyed spending time with her family. Going camping with her children and grandchildren was one of her happiest times. Sharon was the most generous, loving, and helping person you had the pleasure of meeting. She gave whatever she could. Sharon had the largest heart. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Tina (Steven) Strieff of Beaver Dam; son, Michael (Jennifer)Yelczyn of Beaver Dam; sister, Karen Belcastro (Fred Bohn) of Fox Lake; son-in-law, John Schuster of Juenau; former husband and friend, Lawrence Yelczyn of Burnett; grandchildren, Jeremy (Jackie) Schuster of Beaver Dam, Jessy Schuster of Juneau, Timothy Hofstetter of Beaver Dam, and Nathan Strieff of Beaver Dam; two great grandchildren, Serenity and Ember; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Caroline (Lawrence) Beyer and Wilbert Teletzke; daughter, Toni Schuster; brother, Wayne Teletzke; sister, Carol Jahnz; parents-in-law, Lucille and Bernard Trepscke; and brother-in-law, Richard (Marcy) Yelczyn.
