Mayville, WI ~ Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. announced that they have acquired Venture Manufacturing located in Beaver Dam, WI., effective September 1, 2017.
Metalcraft representatives say that the acquisition gives Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. the additional capacity and capability they have been looking for to expand their business and serve their valued customers.
The acquired Beaver Dam facility will operate as a division of Metalcraft of Mayville. Intentions are to retain all current employees working in the Beaver Dam facility and to increase the amount of manufacturing done in the facility. This acquisition does not impact or affect the jobs in either of Metalcraft’s two existing facilities. Hiring and growth strategies will continue as recently communicated to work groups and the public. “The addition of the Beaver Dam facility will help take Metalcraft of Mayville to new heights” said company president, Randy Gloede.
