Obituary: Marion Jane (Kreuziger) Moeller, age 59

Marion Jane (Kreuziger) Moeller, age 59, born August 18, 1958, passed away May 5, 2018. Marion died peacefully with her family at her side. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Moeller, with whom she shared 32 years of marriage (11/09/1985), Fox Lake; their two sons, Kevin (Rebecca), Munising, MI and Nicholas (Megan), Fox Lake;two grandchildren, Bailey Johnson and Garret Moeller; her parents, James and Betty Kreuziger, Beaver Dam; her in-laws, Carl and Joan Moeller, Fox Lake; her siblings, John (Kelly) Kreuziger, Beaver Dam, Janet (Bob) Clancy, DeVall, WA, Lois (Mike) Etter of Horicon, Tom (Michelle) Kreuziger, Mooresville, NC, Ken (Nikki Renn) Kreuizger, Wrightstown; special “big” brother Ken (Chris) Kiel, Franklin; 11 nieces and nephews;  4 great-nieces and nephews;aunts, uncles and cousins, too numerous to list. Special thanks goes to Cindy DeVries and Deb Siewert, as your kindness and generosity never went unappreciated.

Cancer took her life, but it could not take her love of life from her. During her lifetime she traveled to 6 countries and 22 states, her favorite being Alaska in 2016. She was always eager to meet new people and experience new cultures. She flew up, landed, and walked on Mount Helen Glacier six miles from the top of Mt. Denali in Alaska, walked the beaches of the Caribbean, ziplined Montana, went snowmobiling in Northern Wisconsin and had too many other adventures to mention here. She held the position of Treasurer (and some years also Secretary) for the Fox Lake Sno-Blazer’s Snowmobile Club for over 20 years.

Marion was born in Beaver Dam in 1958 to James & Elizabeth Kreuziger. She attended St Peter’s Catholic School and graduated in 1976 from Beaver Dam Senior High School. She took many undergraduate classes in finance during her 15 year banking career.  She then went into the telecommunications field at Peoples Telephone Company of Randolph, then to healthcare with the Beaver Dam Community Hospital and finally ended her working career in March of 2016 due to her Ovarian Cancer in the retail business at Walmart Transportation. While working full-time,Marion also worked several part-time jobs including bookkeeper/secretary for their own business D&R Water Services LLC and DRE (Director of Religious Education) for Grades K-11 at Annunciation Catholic Parish in Fox Lake.

Marion was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Rosella Kreuziger and Joseph and Ann McCormick, and a few aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Annunciation Catholic Parish, 305 Green St., Fox Lake from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11:00 a.m.
