Patriot Tour Update – 7 July 2018
Bill Sherer, Executive Director / Founder of the Nation of Patriots, shared a bit of very good news with us from California today.
Bill introduced us to Cynthia Votava of Oak Park, California, who he describes as one “helluva lady” – through vision and incredible energy she has given new life to a California Tour Stop.
Borrowing from a friend of Cynthia’s, “This empowered female who rides her own is inspiring to both men and women for all that she does for the motorcycle riding community and those that serve it. As an active and integral part of the individual lives and organizations who use biker events to raise awareness, funds, and encourage camaraderie, she is a true HERO that deserves recognition for her support and contagiously upbeat energy. Riding with Cynthia is an honor, as she rides with grace, humility and genuine appreciation for all those who have made and continue to keep this great country free, safe and strong. In short, Cynthia Votava embodies all that riding is and should be. Joy. Safety. Freedom. Loyalty. And Honor.”
Cynthia, with help from her friends, has had success far beyond her initial vision and wildest imagination. Preliminary estimates indicate her efforts have raised over $2,000 for the Patriot Tour! In her own modest way Cynthia states “I am a Patriot who loves to ride and support our country and those who defend it as well as those who have given all, to defend it.”

The Patriot Tour – a grass roots effort – is successful because of the individual efforts of thousands of Patriots. Cynthia Votava is representative of this nationwide commitment, and we would like to recognize her as the “LocaLeben – Patriot Of The Week.”
