Grammy Award winning country music band, “Asleep at the Wheel.” will bring its national tour show to the BDACT Fine Arts Center, 117 W. Maple Avenue, Beaver Dam, on Monday, May 9. Pegged as “one of the best live acts in the business,” and celebrating fifty years of success, this past recipient of CMA’s Touring Band of the Year Award, Americana Music “Lifetime Achievement,” award, and multiple Grammy awards, “Wheel” represents an important cornerstone of American roots music. It continues its far-reaching appeal for all generations. A special “plus”– Eddie Rivers (Mark Malak), longest playing steel guitarist for “Wheel” and Beaver Dam native, will rejoin the band for this special concert.
