Downtown Beaver Dam Inc. invites the public to attend the summer festival “Pawsitively Pets,” down by the river in the South Tower Parking Lot.  The festival is scheduled for Saturday, July 11th from 10 am to 2 pm and is sponsored by Animart Pet Store, Canine Solutions and Modern Dog.  Join families and pet lovers to enjoy pet-related demonstrations, pet vendors, contests and meet pet care practitioners.  At 10 am, meet police canine officers Nate Keener and Blade.  Join the Optimists for story time every half hour with pet-related tales. Discover eight ways to a healthier pet and tips for better pet obedience. Meet a R.E.A.D. therapy dog.  All furry guests must be friendly and leashed to attend this posh pet party.  The event is free with live music from Bradly Sperger, food and vendors.   It’s only a short walk over to the Inter-Quest building at 304 South Spring Street to meet the national Walldog artist who will be working diligently on the newest Kamrath Radio vintage technology-themed mural.  Stop by and meet the artists and experience the transformation of the wall to artwork anytime on Saturday or Sunday. With Pawsitively Pets festival, Walldogs, Lake Days and the Women’s Affiliate Craft Fair, the weekend of July 10-12th is especially exciting in Downtown Beaver Dam and across the city! Vendor applications are still available for the Pawsitively Pets Festival so contact Josiah Vilmin at jvilmin@blackwaterscoffee.com today.
