There is something for everyone at the first Fair Food Festival of the year – with a diverse music lineup and an assortment of fair food offerings. The Dodge County Fairgrounds will host this year’s first event this Saturday, April 22 from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. Local food trucks and vendors on the grounds will offer delicious fair food and refreshments.

With the event starting at 11 am, get an early start. Stop by the fairgrounds when it opens and pair a variety of mini donuts from Flip’s with one of Travelin’ Tom’s hot and cold coffee offerings. Sit back, relax and catch up in rural Beaver Dam.

Make it a picnic — bring a blanket or set up some lawn chairs and enjoy the day while listening to live music. Enjoy a picnic lunch or dinner outdoors with one of Mister P’s delicious gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches or Blue Gnome Treats’ chicken teriyaki and spring rolls. With everything from tacos to tenders – your group can sample a variety of offerings from ten different food trucks.

Bring the kids for Hawaiian shaved ice, popcorn and corn dogs. And, if you have a picky eater, the variety of foods on this month’s menu will entice even the most unique taste buds.
