In June of 1994 she was united in marriage with Jon Ziegel at Grace Presbyterian Church in Beaver Dam. Tammy loved canning fruits and vegetables as well as flowering plants; each spring whe would nurture countless plants to produce beautiful gardens. Tammy and her mother would also maintain the final resting places of their dear loved ones at Oakwood Cemetery with flower arrangements. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, vacations up north, fishing, and sitting around the campfire. She was a compassionate caregiver, not only with her family, but with the residents at the Remembrance Home in Beaver Dam where she worked, and clients from when she did home care. Tammy had a love for animals, but most importantly, her heart was full of love for all of her grandchildren. She was a member at Grace Presbyterian Church in Beaver Dam.

The family would like to thank the staff at Golden Living and Heartland Hospice for all of their exceptional care that was given to Tammy through this battle. The family would also like to thank Pastor Chris and the congregation of Grace Presbyterian Church, as well as her many friends for their prayers and support throughout this journey.
