Jean P. Law, age 70 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.

Jean was born on February 23, 1946 in Savanna, IL to Henry and Edith (Holman) Schoenwolf.   Jean was a loving mother, devoted grandma and an amazing sister.  She was a hard working lady who spent nearly 30 years at General Electric while raising two daughters.  She always went out of her way to help family and friends. Jean could smile a rainbow even on her darkest days.  She never let you see her cry, but was always there to wipe away your tears and tell you it would be o.k.  Her passion was her family, especially her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed reading and getting to know every person that came into her life.

Jean is survived by her two daughters; Lori Law of Florida, Robbin (Barry) Hinrichsen of Juneau; two grandchildren, Maddison and Payton Hinrichsen along with three brothers, two sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

In honoring Jean’s wishes, private family services will be held.

Memorials in Jean’s name may be directed to Hillside Hospice, 709 S. University Ave., Beaver Dam, WI 53916.
