Wisconsin Fall Color – When I look at destinations for my fall photography, New England, the Eastern Sierras and Michigan Upper Peninsula, are highlighted and Wisconsin is rarely mentioned.  I have been to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and New England at peak fall foliage, but it is hard to beat peak colors here in our own state of Wisconsin.  I am not sure why it does not get “the press” as some of the other locations.  The last two falls I have concentrated my photography in Vilas, Langlade and Price counties, but you can go pretty much anywhere in our state to see nice colors.   At peak, they are awesome.
