Tanya L. Westedt, age 41, of Beaver Dam and formerly of Sun Prairie, died unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
There will be a gathering at The Eagle’s Club, 2109 Bartillon Dr. in Madison on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will be in Blooming Grove Cemetery in Madison.
Tanya Lynn Nehmer was born on February 9, 1972 to Dale and Shirley (Bong) Nehmer. She was a caring mother who put loved ones over herself and would help as often as she could with the Epilepsy Center. Tanya was the world’s most enthusiast tigger fan, a devoted fan of New York football, enjoyed 80’s movies, and was a gambler by nature.
A mother who will be missed, Tanya is survived by her sons, Travis Pick of Beaver Dam and Jacob Westedt of Sauk City; sister, Shontell (John) Baeseman of Columbus; niece and nephew, Ariel and Trevor Baeseman; grandfather, Joseph Bong of Beaver Dam; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Tanya is preceded in death by her parents; grandmother, Elizabeth Bong; aunts and uncles.
