Dennis P. Gibson, 47, of Reeseville passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015.
A memorial gathering will take place on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Reeseville Community Center from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m.
Dennis was born the son of Ralph K. “Hoot” and Patricia L. (Kasper) Gibson on July 23, 1968 in Milwaukee. He was a graduate of Dodgeland High School and later from MPTC in Fond du Lac. Dennis was married to Rhonda L. Byers on December 29, 1991 in Reeseville. He owned and operated D&R Auto in Reeseville.
Dennis was a past member of the Reeseville Fire Department for over 20 years. He was a lifelong nature conservator where he helped to manage the deer herd. He was a lifelong responsible hunter and fisherman. His wife Rhonda was truly his soulmate and his best friend.
Dennis is survived by his son, Kenneth “Ken” Gibson of Madison; his brother, John Gibson of Beaver Dam; his sister, Sue (Mike) Lange of Oak Grove; his mother and father-in-law, Joyce and Jerry Byers of Whitewater; his nieces and nephews: Emily, Evan and Victoria Gibson, and Kelsey and Mason Lange; and further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Rhonda in 2015.
